Tidur 20 minit (20 minutes Short Nap)

Bila orang pandang serong pada aku yang tidur tengah hari di office, aku butthurt.




Bagi menyelesaikan masalah bontot sakit aku, maka aku cari kebaikan tidur tengah hari.

Hey makcik, if you scold your husband because of the "short nap", then we know its either you're just fuckin selfish, or you just plain stupid. LMAO

Dan lagi.

Minum caffeine sebelum short-nap is ok. Sebab apa? Sebab caffeine mula mendatangkan kesan selepas 30 minit.

Dah tahu? Mari tidur tengah hari. Bontot aku pon dah tak sakit.
